I am amazed that this is a functioning business. I called for an appointment and was told that they would need to call me back, as their computer system was down. Completely understandable, however I was never contacted.

Called back the next day, thinking I would give them another shot, knowing how overwhelming it can be around the holidays, especially if dealing with system problems. Schedule an appointment, not to say that the conversation ran smoothly (the woman told me the wrong date).

Show up for my appt., the door rang to the back as opened, however I was not greeted. After a few minutes of waiting at the desk, hearing two women chatting in the back, I called back "excuse me" several times. I then decided to call their phone number, and watched as the phone rang and was not picked up. Luckily, after 10 minutes someone finally came to the front.

The groomer spoke to me in detail about how she would groom my Wheaten. I specified to take an inch off, and leave his beard and some face hair. The woman was very nice, and at this point I was confident in their grooming.

My dog was dropped off at 11 am for his appointment, and at around 6 pm I was getting ready to call the store, being concerned at this point. They called as I was picking up the phone, asking if I had received their messages...they were calling the wrong number!!! My dog sat for about 3 hours in a crate because they couldn't read his chart properly.

Needless to say at this point I'm a little fed up. When then picking him up, I was not extremely hot-headed, I explained my disappointments as the owner apologized with an attitude. As you can guess, I was not at all surprised to see that the groomer did not listen to our conversation about his grooming, but instead just decided to buzz him, not leaving much. My Wheaten now looks like a mix between a Schnauzer and a cat.

I get that there are bad days, where you're busy and short staffed, but these people had way too many excuses. I was very patient with them, and there was no sincerity in the owners apologies. If you're looking for a professional, well-run business, do not go here.
