Went in to look at lighting for a home remodel. Was greeted promptly. Beautiful displays amazing lighting . Holly helped me find the new chandelier I was looking for. Shipping wasn't bad. And when I picked it up and installed, it gave. Whole new look to the dining area.i would def recommend going here if you are looking for quality lighting and a friendly knowledgeable sale staff

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD!!! My wife and I decided to purchase a light from Lighting Specialists. We were happy with the design of the light and happy to use a local company instead of a big box store. The purchase was smooth however the light was not in stock and needed to be ordered in. We were given a date of delivery so I called on that day and was told it would be a little bit later. I called a few days later and told it was coming from back east and would be a couple more days. I called a couple of days later and I was told it hadn’t left yet. I was told to call the end of the following week and so I waited and even gave a couple of grace days with the holiday. I call in today and the number was out of service. I finally tracked down a toll free number and get transferred to the Orem store and the girl that answered the phone took a defensive tone with me. She immediately defaulted to some coined excuse about flooding in Texas causing delay. She also lectured me on how shipping from China to the United States works. She finally apologized for the bad weather in Texas and for the bad customer service. I would avoid this place at all possible!!!!! We found the same light on amazon for the same price and amazon has the best customer service on the planet. I don't think supporting this "local" company is worth it!
