Horrible customer experience! Buyer beware! Keith, the owner is very argumentative and prefers to lay blame on anyone other than his business and employees. See below!
Rodney, a technician was sent to my home for a TV warranty service call. Shortly after he left, we realized the car he drove leaked fresh oil all over our driveway in the area he'd parked. Unfortunately, this was no small amount of oil. The marking left by his car was almost 24 inches long and 4 inches wide.
I called Rodney to let him and asked if someone could clean it up. He stated he was too busy with other appointments and couldn't come back. He also stated it wasn't his fault and suggested it was my own car. Realizing this was going nowhere, I decided to call Keith's main office directly and talk with a supervisor or owner the next morning.
Upon calling Keith immediately cut me off, and said my frustration was due to my TV not being covered under warranty rather any actual property damage. I let him know I had pictures and sent them to him to review. He remained argumentative and said his vans are in tip top shape and never have issues. He wanted to blame everyone from my wife, to me or anyone else who may have parked in my driveway. Each time I tried to talk, he would cut me off and tell I could listen or try to deal with Costco and Samsung to get a resolution. He then said, that wouldn't do any good either but his relationship with them was such that it wouldn't negatively impact his business one way or the other. I took this to mean, "go pound sand dude, because I'm not doing a thing and could care less about you and your problem.
In the end, Keith wasn't willing to even have a discussion. He was short and lacked any level of professionalism or empathy you'd expect from a business owner even if he didn't feel he was in the wrong. I will fix the problem myself at my own expense but I feel it's important to share my negative customer experience with Keith's TV & Electronics Service.
Unprofessional, to say the least. We had recently moved, our washer went out, warranty would cover repairs. Keith's was supposed to be the company coming to fix the washer. We waited, & waited, & waited...4 hours PAST the appointment time. They were closed by the time we tried to call & find out why they hadn't shown up. Therefore, no one could answer our call. We finally got ahold of Whirlpool who was able to tell us Keith's had cancelled the service order 2 hours after they were supposed to have shown up. Whirlpool had been informed that Keith's had contacted up. THEY HAD NOT. No phone call, no explanation, nothing. We wasted an entire day, waiting for nothing. Our kids missed their ballet, Karate, & martial arts class...everything for a no show. DO NOT count on Keith's to be reliable.
Working with Keith's TV and Repair was a great experience. Keith and his technicians went above and beyond expectations to help resolve problems with my new washing machine. I reside 100 miles from Keith's business and I know what a burden taking 5 hours for one service call can be on a business. But nonetheless, Keith made this happen. When the problem could not be resolved he acted as the liaison between the manufacturer and customer (me). While the problem took some time to resolve, with his help, a new machine was provided and I am now back in the laundry business. Thank you Keith for your patience and help. I would not hesitate to use your services again.
This is absolutely the worst service I have ever had from any company. I have had 3 appointments with this company that were all no shows. When I called they acted as if it wasn't their fault. I have never been so angry at a company. I have had to cancel my plans, including doctors appointments to wait at my house all day for people who never come. I would NOt recommend this company to anyone!
Keith's TV repair was so awesome. I took my TV in because it was nit turning on. It was brand new and covered by warranty. Keith and his staff, I think also family were great in handling my concerns and got my tv back up and running as quick as possible. Keith even helped carry the TV back out to my car and load it up when I picked it back up. Thanks Keith!
