I will never buy another thing from this store. I bought a smart t.v. from them, soon after a purple line went horizontal across my tv, this was just a few months after I got it!! I went in and asked the geek squad about the warranty. They let me know that's it's covered by the warranty for a year but that I'd be without my t.v. for 3 weeks and I am responsible for all shipping costs. I should have bought my tv at Wal-Mart, at least if something went wrong so soon, I could have exchanged it. Buyer beware at this store.
The owner really knows his stuff. He will help instruct you on how to repair your appliances on your own and sell you the parts.
Scott is a nice guy and will give you lots of information but if you need him to do work, plan on it taking a month or two longer than he says. We were told a few days and went back again and again and again only to find excuses why he couldnt get to it. Several appliances ended up taking several months to get done. Still charged us regular price or higher and sometimes not all the work was done as told to us. Really dissappointed in his work.
