If I could give this business a lower rating I would. It defines bad service. The worst. Horrible customer relations, never has work completed when promised, doesn't answer phone calls and doesn't do work as promised or warenteed. After "fixing" our transmision we took it to another shop and were informed our transmision needed to be rebuilt or replaced and that they would stand behind that diagnostic in court. To top it all off our stereo system was stolen the LAST time we were in. You would be better off fixing your transmission problems youself. It would take less time, save you 1300.00 and the work would most likely be better.
very understanding of the customers needs and came in under his quote. timely returned and very happy!! would possitively do business again with a…
Had me in and out on time.
On July 9, 2012 we had the experience of going to Larry Morton's Transmission. I had talked with him last week by phone. He was quite knowledgable. He was laid back and indicated we could bring the vehicle in on the following business day and he'd look at it. If there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, there would be no charge. He checked out the vehicle and found that the problem we were experiencing was not related to the transmission. He even commented on how well maintained the transmission was. This guy is a credit to the automotive industry. So often folks get ripped off. There is certainly no indication of that occurring here. He was as pleasant in person, if not more so, than he was on the phone. I would not give a second throught to going to see him.A satisfied customer in Oregon City, OR.PS - as for the guy with a Volkswagon, they are crap. Especially a Jetta.
