We tried Jimmy-O's pizza on a whim one day and were amazed at how great the food is!! The restaurant itself is alright... they've got a big screen to watch the game, the place is laid-back and relaxed, but clean and open feeling. It's the food that really makes this place awesome! We've started ordering pizzas from them (for delivery) more than we should, but ya can't blame us with how good they are. Unfortunately, we're moving to a new house that is outside their delivery area, so we'll probably have to make a special trip every-once-in-a-while just to get a great pizza... yeah, they're that good!

If you have never tried Jiimy O's pizza, you should! Their crust is the best. It is always so fresh, they make it themselves each day. Delivery is prompt and the drivers, always friendly. If dining in, the salad bar is amazing too, biggest variety of fresh veggies and salads I've seen. This pizza is far more filling because they are generous with their toppings, so you don't have to order as much. It's so good!! Worth every cent.

According to Napolian tradition, pizza is suposed to be a thin crust with light sauce, a little melted cheese, and lightly topped with one or two things. Well, that's not usually the way I like my pizza. Nine out of ten times, I want a lot of toppings. Jimmy O's gives me that, and then some.
I have never had a heavier pizza. I can't believe how many toppings they pile on top of the pizza. It's piled so high, that what falls off of one piece is enough for a meal for some people I've known. Their sausage is a little on the mild side, as is their sauce. But there's something about the flavor that sits well.
Besides the shear quantity of toppings, the other feature that I love is the crispy crust. It's almost cracker-like, which goes great with the huge toppings. It has to be crispy to hold all those toppings!
Unfortunately, the pizza is a bit pricey. It's not something I can afford to have as often as I'd like. In a strange way, I supose that's a good thing. All those other lesser pizzas help me appreciate it when I do get to Jimmy O's.
The other bad thing is that because the toppings are so thick, the pizza doesn't always get as hot as I'd like. I'm sure that if they left it in the oven longer, the crust would burn. It's not a problem if you're in the restaurant dining-in, but if you're getting it as a delivery, plan to pop each slice in the microwave before eating.

My family has been going to Jimmy O's for more than 15 years. The pizza has been consistently good during that time, with generous toppings, loads of cheese, and a crispy crust. Yes, it is more expensive than most but worth every penny. The owners Jim & Connie have done a great job of creating a legacy for their family, and we are proud to be loyal, satisified customers.

I have been going to jimmy o's for 20 years years. I still recognize the faces of the owners. They make the BEST pizza in this town by FAR! The Jimmy O's special is a pizza I drive 40+ minutes to get. It has never let me down. The amount of topics is unbelievable! I crave this place and need a fix quite often!

Ok, so the pizza is pretty good but sandwiches leave a lot to be desired. The first time I ordered a cheese sandwich with no meat, still paid the same price as I would have if there had been meat so I expected plenty of cheese and the fixings. They sent it with no meat, but it was just cheese and bread. ??? I thought that may have just been a fluke so I ordered another sandwich a couple of weeks later. So the second sandwich comes with the fixings, but ONE piece of provolone, ripped in half and ONE piece of cheddar, also ripped in half. So I received a total of two slices of cheese but paid full price... LAME!!!!!!!!!!!! These were both delivery orders so unfortunately I was unable to send it back.

The crust was hard and crunchy, the pizza was luke warm at best. We had the pizza delivered. It was delivered on time, as promised which was nice. For a large and a medium it cost 48.50 which I thought was very spendy.
Pizza Hutt is cheaper and in my opinion much better quality.

The only pizza I ever order is the Jimmy O's special. Even the small one is too large for two people. With the special, it seems like it's 2 inches high just in toppings. Gourmet pizza at its best. A little spendy but worth every bite. I live in Salem and make it a point to eat there once a month. I've known the owners, their children for more than 15 years. Their children, are the managers and always ask how I'm doing and how's it going in Salem. I can't wait to take my fiance' there. She'll love it. It's the best.
