I took my 2009 Toyota for a major repair; they actually seemed to care about my cost. They repaired it quickly and efficiently; saved me over $400 from the dealer. Very pleased; will keep going back.
I cannot recommend this shop for diesel repairs. I towed my truck to them three times and spent several thousands and they failed to fix the problem. I must conclude that their diesel technician is just not very good.
COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! This is the worst repair shop in town. My husband put a new engine in our old ford pick up and refurbished it we then took the truck in to have some minor work done and our truck sat in the side parking lot forever. Then one day I drove by and saw the truck was gone. I thought my husband picked it up...he didn't. The truck was somehow stolen from the parking lot. When we went into speak to Jay Estes (the owners son) he said he didn't know where the truck was, he assumed that we came and picked it up but the keys were hanging on the wall behind him. We pointed that out to him, he looked and saw the keys hanging there and then pointed to this haggered old sign that said "Not responsible for lost or stolen items" and that was it. We called the police and made a police report but have now idea how somebody could have stolen that truck without the keys. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! I was required to rate this business to be able to post but i would give this business negative 5 million stars.
Highly recommend! I walked in with transmission issues (after a very discouraging visit to DEQ) and they were direct, honest and checked out my car free of charge on the spot to get a feel for what might be going on. This was after going to 2 other mechanics who gave me the run around and wanted $90 to just take a look at the car. Jim Estes's made it so my time and theirs wasn't wasted. I won't go anywhere else! Thank you for your trustworthy service!
