I regretted to deal with them..I applied to open a checking account ..it tooke 2 day to applied ..because they have problem in their vrty old computer !!they told me the debit card it will send to you after one week ...i waited 2 weeks and nothing received..so i went to them for asking what's the problem .. their speech is so bad ..and feels racist..i closed the account after i paied 25 Dollar as fee of closing !?It was a waisting time and money ..
This bank has employees who talk to you and treat you like crap. Bad customer service! They don't greet you, they don't talk to you like your human. They speak to you as if they are robots. I went there around 12:30-1pm on 12/18/2015. I got fed up with the random charges the bank kept putting on my account that I had set up when I decided to attend college years before. They constantly keep charging 3 dollars here, 5 dollars there until you end up with negative and then charge another 30-40 dollars. They take money that you obviously don't have and there cold-hearted about it. They probably make most of their money off of taking money from people just like this. If you are looking to sign up for a bank, I suggest Chase should not be your first choice. A local bank or a bank that does not have a million buildings everywhere is your best pick. These banks that are not all over the place seem to care more about the customer and even if they decide to choose a different bank instead of the one these employees are working at don't treat you disrespectfully like your life doesn't matter. This was my personal experience with them and it makes me furious. I trusted this bank for a while like a fool. I will never ever come back with the way they treated me.
I am posting a review over the business ethics, dishonesty and complete lack of integrity that your employee Ann Vandehey shows, I have sent letter to her and her supervisors that have gone ignored. This employee has made misleading promises and has issues with personal honestly and has shown no personal integrity. I would warn anyone speaking to her to leave, and if needed to do business with US Bank, proceed to another branch. Hopefully one that has higher standards and holds it employees accountable and to any form of standard.
