        We have a "hot cat" which means she's not easy to deal with and they were fantastic with her. They will even to a paw cast ornament for Christmas if you ask.,

        VCA American River Animal Hospital has been our pets vet care for over 20 years! They are so compassionate with animals. They really care about your fur babies! The staff is always courteous and helpful. Appointments are readily available and on time! Love all he doctors!

        HORRIBLE!!!

        After VCA failed to give our family dog his needed shots we asked for (the simple ones required to board him for the weekend) we disputed the additional office visit charge required for the needed shots that were missed the first time. Our credit is now being ruined as VCA turned it into collections for disputing an office visit cost. Oh yeah... this is after we spent (and payed) them over $3,000 in other bills for our dogs in the prior 2 years they were our dogs vet. Please, save your money and your credit and go somewhere else except VCA.
