I have gone to this store many times only to walk away with nothing. I went for a refrigerator once, and they brought someone in from gardening. I told her what I wanted and was told I could pick from the floor. That was all they had and she walked away.One time I got a defective faucet, ... they exchanged it after going through about five different people with no one knowing how to handle the situation. I now drive to North Charleston (an hour away) because I can get customer service there)
Horrible.. been trying to put in a phone order for 2 days. After being on hold for 10 min, I asked for a manager who then was very rude and didn't help at all. His name was Don. My husband called back and Don was again rude to him and rook the items numbers for our special order, but didn't ask our name or anything so it didn't get ordered. I called back this morning to get a different manager name Kelly this time. She wasn't as rude, but still refused to help and acted like I was an inconvenience. If I wasn't ordering for a specific client I would never from this store. Horrible management! Very disappointed.
5 stars to Dinah Proveaux on my purchase of a microwave after 2 days of bad information, cost and employee knowledge of there delivery and installation. I am a long loyal customer, Dinah listened and helped me with the purchase with kindness and understanding. It is employee 's like this that keeps your customers. A 5 stars to Carrie cashier manager also.
