The woman at the front desk, Leigh, is extremely unprofessional. She is very argumentative and will talk over you when you're trying to explain anything. She is not well informed, and my doctor actually had to explain to her how insurance worked. She took a few calls while I was in the waiting room, was extremely rude to patients over the phone. Told one patient, "listen to me". She would answer the phone, give a very loud sigh, and tell the patient to hold like they were inconveniencing her from doing her job, but that is her job. She most likely works there because she knows someone or is someones relative. I have 10 years management experience and I've never had an employee like that because that behavior is just intolerable, and I worked with 16 year old's who behave better and show more respect than she does!!!!!
These people took full payment for services and then never submitted my claims to my healthcare provider. When I followed up with them (in person, several times), they gave me the run-around for months and months and kept making empty promises.
Every time I went there, there was a new person (I wonder why?) who I had to re-explain what happened and then they made the same empty promises and no commitment. When they finally did submite the claims, it was past the eligibility date. Our insurance company told us we were not liable for charges. But, being that we paid these people in full, they refused to refund any of the money to us. Shame on you.
We don't go there anymore and we also told our friends and family.
