        Overall

        Horrible... I've been a blackcard member since November 2014. I've brought my kids' birth certificate like they've ask when I initially came to be put on file and now they request to bring their IDs. Today's experience was horrible, we have ALWAYS came in using free weights and bars at the mats. We have never had any problems sharing with others. Staff came to tell us we are not allow to bring them there. I've notified staff one of the equipment is wobbly months ago. And still has not been fixed. I guess you pay for what you get.
