I hired Clayton in July 2016 to repair my in-ground vinyl liner pool. He walked off the job in October 2016. I needed some repair to my pool's foundation and the liner replaced. On the contract, he estimated the job would take 10 days, but it turned into 4 MONTHS. And he didn't even finish the repairs. After he received my payment, this job was low priority to him. Often he'd claim other jobs prevented him from showing up to work for days, or weeks. When I tried to contact him, he'd tell me times he planned on working on my pool, and then never show up. Eventually, he stopped answering my calls all together (purposefully hanging up on me), so I'd text him. That worked for a little while until he stopped responding and never showed up to my house again. He left his equipment, open 5 ft deep holes he dug up, and cement pieces in my yard. Clayton contracted the repairs to the foundation to another company. He charged me $2000. The man who repaired the bottom of the pool told me he only charged Clayton $300 to do the work. Clayton attempted to install the new liner himself, but never finished. What's supposed to take a day to do, he split up into weeks before not even showing up at all. The liner is full of wrinkles and creases. The worst of it is, my pool leaks! This brand new liner is ruined. Plus, the borders of the steps are uncovered. The screws are completely exposed. It just looks terrible. He charged me $4000 for this. I would never recommend hiring Clayton. For someone who is supposedly a licensed pool repairman, as he is quick to tell you, he struggled with something as basic as installing a vinyl pool liner. This goes beyond not caring about this job, as it was evident he didn't. Clayton showed he doesn't know how to actually do it. Between repair costs and additional fees, he charged me $6344 in total, which I paid in full. Because he didn't finish the job, I now have to hire someone else to fix this mess and repair my pool.

Wompwompwomp..don't go through this business! Sub par work for high prices, you'll have to redo anything he does. Go through pinch a penny instead off wells, they have more services, at better prices, with guys that know what they're doing and will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Meds does not. Like at all.
Find someone else to do your pool, this guy is way past retirement. Has no clue what his people are doing. He redid my pool last year and it was a nightmare. I wouldn't even buy chemicals from this guy. Save yourself some grief and find another pool company. And he is not BBB accredited either.
