Do not do business with this company! Terrible customer service. Will tell you anything to get your money, but if you need assistance of any kind, will turn their back on you quick!
I could go on and on about how awful they treat their customers after they make the sale, but I don't have enough space here, and you would be exausted by the end of the list of grievances.
Do yourself a favor, learn from my mistake, bring your money elsewhere!!
Bought a new agility 125, broke down 1st day, after several issues returned scooter December 4th 2015 for warranty repair they still have scooter today March 3rd 2016, 1 day shy of 3 months, they don't return calls, neither does corporate. Learn from my lesson, BUY JAPANESE OR ITALIAN SCOOTERS!!!
hey people don't let these reviews turn you away from buying a scooter at Solano. they aren't the most amazing scooters ever but they normally work fine, ive had one for almost 5 months no issues. the reason you only see bad reviews here is because the people that are happy and satisfied with what they got don't take the time to write a review the people who are unsatisfied have more reason too take extra time to make more of a complaint than a review. so please don't be miss lead you aren't bing scammed or cheated by buying a scooter at solanos I hope this helps you make the right choice in a scooter purchase.
I agree, their service and dedication to their customer's stinks!!! Bought a used cycle, in and out the door in less than an hour, (should have been a red flag). The lemon ran for 4 days! Tag paperwork was incomplete, calls from tag agency to complete it. When we called about what could possibly be wrong with the cycle, was told "Gee, I don't know." Atleast that's what I think he said, couldn't understand him too well with the mumbling, but what came through loud and clear is "You bought it as is" I get that but any reputable place would be a little more concerned about selling junk!
They suck. They sold me a brand new electric bike back in May. It keep breaking down and now they say there is nothing they can do for me. Now I am out the $700 i paid for the bike and have no way of getting to and from work. Their customer service is the worst. I wouldn't send anyone to buy from them.
