My husband and I have been going here for years and always have a pleasant experience. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a great variety of glasses and provide top notch service. Cathy and Dr.S. treat us like we are family. Always a satisfied customer.

I come here every time I need my glasses taken care of. I will only see one person and that's CATHY! She is the absolute best and a complete genius. I can can only imagine how pleased everyone else is with her. She makes everything fun and professional from start to finish. She's very respectful and attentive to your needs and has an actual vision as to how your experience should go and let me tell you, that's what 99% of every other field lacks. No one in her field has ever put in as much time, effort and care as she has when she fixes or adjusts my frames. She's the absolute best in every sense of the word, if you come here direct your business to her if you want to have a fun and professional experience. That's what has kept me coming back again and again. She not only does her job better than anyone else but makes you feel like family and don't stop there, her intelligence in her field is far superior to anyone I've ever dealt with. The service I've gotten and continually have gotten is amazing and that is why I'm writing this review because people need to know that there are people like Cathy that love what they do and actually CARE about the customer. I offered to pay them on my day of visit - KNOWING my insurance did not cover my exam. They insisted on Sending a bill to my insurance. Asked for my Exam results and was given them Freely right then and there. However, was given someone Else's Results --- This is a violation of LAW. It took them 6 months to finally send me the Bill I wanted to pay on the day of the exam and now they refuse to give me my actual exam results until I pay in Full. Really? But you will give me someone else's in a heart beat? They also tried to bill my insurance for $389 for what is worth only $185. Then people wonder why our health car is so expensive. I had been going there for years! No longer.

Who is the owner of this business?



All I want to say is the staff at this business are thieves. They stole sunglasses from the owner to sell it to me for $20 to receive cash. Then they get from me another $50, so that means the staff stole from me $50.



When I was there last year around August 2015, there were 3 staff (the staff were 3 women ) working there, they stole a used pair of sunglasses from the owner, then sold it to me for the price of $20 CASH, because they did not want the owner hear them talking to me, they whispered to me and asked me to give them $20 in cash, they only accept cash for that used pair of sunglasses.



Then they overcharged me another $50 for the eye supplement that they were not supposed to charge me at all.
