4 people working and I stood there at the counter for 14 minutes before anyone said a word to me. I heard a great story about a wedding that made everyone laugh while I was ignored so I guess it's not a total loss.

Fiance purchased a decorative ring under the reassurance that it could be resized within a 3-3.5. The next business day I was promptly told they would have never agreed to the resizing and their staff began pressuring us to purchase a more traditional engagement ring well over twice the price we paid. When we finally requested a refund Vince refused a full refund. He charged us for a service they failed to provide knowing and agreeing that we would have never made the purchase from the start had they been honest about their ability to resize.

I took my Seiko watch in because I didn't like the band. They fixed it right there & it only cost $10 for them to make a band.

Do not go to this jeweler. My expensive gold ring broke soon after purchase and they would not fix it even though it was a defect in their ring. They wanted to charge me to fix their defective ring! Will never go there again
