I was sent by an ATT rep to take care of my problem.,an AT&T employee improperly installed it . I would be taken care of. I had an appointment, at appointment time ..they took someone else purposely knowing,I was there at my appointment time.An employee tried to saywhat was wrong with the phone, was ok ..it was just like hers ,damaged talked to me like I was an idiot.. I felt that I was in a living BLONDE JOKE , but it was in reverse ,I wasn't the blonde. Was toldthey wouldn't do anything . Trevor the manager., told me they would be loosing money..even though an ATT&T employee ,placed it on wrong,causing the defect.I went to parking lit called ATT from my cell phone, got my compensation and them some.THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,customer service is NOT ON their priority list. SKIP THIS STORE GO TO SANFORD STORE NEAR THE MALL.. That is what I usually do , because they just don't know AT&T . They need to shut down this store and save the operating expense.DO NOT USE THIS STORE!I
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of ANY SPRINT STORE I've encountered. I went in to have my number ported on a day-old Samsung Galaxy 5S phone given as a gift by my son and was REFUSED SERVICE by Handel Newell, a service tech. He literally told me there were OTHER 'paying' customers waiting and it would only be a 'courtesy' if he helped me. He told me to 'do it from home because they're waiting'. NEVER did I think asking someone to DO HIS JOB was considered a 'courtesy'. When I protested nicely, as I am a 63 year old non-techie, even his Manager, Dan Vivanz just stood there and looked on, not intervening. They neglected to realize I still have two weeks to CANCEL the 2 yr contract with Sprint and the blame would rest solely on their 'can't do' attitude. BOTH need extensive training in customer service. Sprint employees are taught to be ADVOCATES for the customer, not stumbling blocks. Just because I didn't buy my phone from YOUR store doesn't mean Sprint Corporate won't get involved! SHAME ON YOU, SPRINT, FOR ALLOWING SUCH MEDIOCRE INDIVIDUALS TO BE IN YOUR EMPLOY! SPRINT is supposed to employ the best of the best, but these characters don't deserve their job!
Worst customer service! Won't buy another thing from them. Only place in America that penalizes you for paying with cash. Forget trying to return anything. 25% restocking charge and they will mail you your return 14 days.
never very friendly or eager to help will never go to Orange City location again.
