        Putting her legal skill and knowledge aside which is exemplary, Bettina has a quality that is equally important and that is unbridled passion for protecting and fighting for her clients. She is high energy and has a heart of gold.

        There are a handful of top notch attorneys in Orange County and she is certainly among them, but it's her zeal and caring demeanor that really sets her apart from the rest. You can't teach this. You either have it or you don't, and she has it without question. Thanks Bettina.

        Horrible greedy and did not even show up to court to represent me when they were suppose to! Beware of this place and go find a better run office where they actually care about the clients they are making money from. They also charge a very high amount for making you do all your own clerical work.

        I needed an attorney to help me with my child custody and child support matter in Orange County. I found Yanez & Associates by inquiring with my work friends about an experienced certified family law specialist. Bettina Yanez was perfect because I really needed an assertive divorce attorney. I really needed someone I could trust because I had hired a previous divorce lawyer that did not advocate for me or look out for my best interests. I have had several other custody and support matters that Yanez & Associates has assisted me with. I know they will always give me an honest opinion and feedback. These attorney's were not only recommended by word of mouth but also had exceptional reviews that I looked at online. She suggested I exhaust all remedies before considering divorce and recommended marriage counseling first. Other firms I consulted with were just interested in getting me divorced.
