        I was looking for a plastic pallet - which they don't sell. But Sean said he had one we could have for FREE! What a huge blessing - especially for a nonprofit like ours. Thank you Sean for being so kind to offer and for helping HomeWord to ship our exhibit and resources to the Orange Conference in Atlanta. You are the BEST!

        If I could give them less than one star I would.

        I used them to send a glass item across country - they were recommended by the seller of the item . I requested that they insure the item for replacement value as well as crating and shipping costs in case the item was damaged (I have done this with other packaging companies) . My item was totally destroyed during shipping. They of cource blamed UPS as a terrible shipping company - but they continue to use them.

        I requested an insurance refund. After several weeks I got a refund for the replacement cost of the item ONLY. They ignored all my subsequent emails inquiring about what they had insured and why they had not followed my request about insuracne value - they got paid and could care less about there customers.

        These guys are the worst - you will only get any customer care till the check clears. I am left holding the bag for crating and shipping cost for an item I never recieved

        Unfortunately this is the first time that we were notified of any dissatisfaction. Orange County Crating did the packaging of this item, but the seller set up the shipment under his account. I told the seller I will contact UPS on his behalf to file a claim. UPS originally denied this claim; I spent several hours on the phone with customer service to get this paid as they admitted fault of improper handling. There were several emails and calls back and forth keeping this customer informed while trying to collect the amount. The customer was reimbursed 100% on the insurance amount that was agreed upon. Orange County Crating takes pride by going the extra distance for our customers for over 40 years. Please give our office a call to resolve the issue you have.
