We already had an alarm system through ADT and this company told us to upgrade our system for free. The first tech was an idiot and had no idea on how to install the equipment. He spent hours at our house and couldn't complete the job. Another tech had to come the next day to complete. They said all was free no charges. Now we are getting harassed every day by Tamra saying we owe $250 dollars for equipment or else they have to come pick up the equipment! Have never received a bill and Tom had said all was free when installed. This place is a scam/ripoff. Just had a message from Tamra yesterday that now her manager says $125 would be ok. Ridiculous! I wish we had checked the internet before going with them. Go with ADT directly, not this company.

HIRREN, WAS A FANTASTIC REPRESENTATIVE! HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, NEAT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND NOT PUSHY! HE REALLY CHANGES THE IMAGE FOR DOOR TO DOOR SALESMEN!!!!!! HIRREN WAS HONEST AND SET MY EXPECTATIONS OF THE NUMBER OF ONLINE COMPLAINTS WITH THE COMPANY, AND THEN EXPLAINED ON THE AGE OF COMPLAINTS AND HOW NEW MANAGEMENT HAS REALLY TURNED THE COMPANY AROUND, I BELIEVE IT AND PARTICULARLY BELIEVE HIM!!!!!! HIRREN REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!

I had set upo an appointment with the Hiring Manager Yvonne.
As I walked into the building I immediately made eye contact with Yvonne. I walked pass her office to let the girl at the front dest know that I was here for my Interview.
I set down in the wating area which is the room right next to her office door. I could literally look in side her office from my seat and see her and hear everything.
She sat quietly at her desk for 10-15 minutes and did not acknowledge me at anytime. She then got a call and started talking inadequate for a Supervisor of her position.
Profanity and ignorance was coming from her that lead me to believe she was incapable of being proffesional and comprehend any sort of intellegence.
That personal call lasted to long for me with her office door open. I decided to leave after I realized I have been waiting for her for over an hour!
I checked on BBB and saw this company was rated a D -, I know see whywhen she is representing them.

I can't believe a company like this exists. Everyone employed there is a liar. The salesman who came to my door from the installer to the receptionist who has different names to a non-existing office manager. When I ask to speak to the owner, everyone became protective.They kept on wanting to upgrade my service and equipment. My advice to any consumer who has interest in ADT to go direct. DO NOT GO THROUGH INTEGRITY ALARMS. They are only a reseller company also known as an Authorized Dealer. What the staff promises does not hold ink. LOOK at the contract. I am looking forward to getting a call from headquarters so that I can score them a level of unsatisfactory. Please post if anyone else has poor service. I trusted the safety of my own family in the hands of this business.

I had them install my alarm system. After it was installed the system was not working right. Motion sensor was not istalled properly, the window sensor fell off causing an alarm to go off, and the police charged me for a false alarm. Then I discovered that the 2 way voice which I have been paying for 4 months was not working.
I called 2 for an appointment which they made but never showed up. When I called them they said that they were not supposed to service my system which THEY installed wrong.
Do yourself a favor and try a different company.

They used cheaper price to hook me up. But the system was not installed properly, it caused my landline phone been disconnected sometimes. Their tech came several times, still could not fix the problem and their tech never came in time and even had no show. It wasted me a lot of work time.

Our home was burglarized back in January '10 and we called ADT to have an alarm installed. They contract out Integrity to do their installations and when Integrity sent out their tech the first time the tech didn't even have all the equipment on hand to completely install the alarm (that should have been my first red flag). They scheduled another day for the remainder of the alarm to be installed. I took my 2nd afternoon off from work only to have no one show up. I called to complain and was told 'sorry' that the tech's truck broke down so we scheduled another afternoon off from work only to have no one show up again. I called again and complained only to be told how 'sorry' they were and that we should schedule another time for a tech to show up. At this point my wife stayed home to meet the tech who showed up and finished the installation. That same evening we left the house to have the alarm go off 20 minutes later, evidently our dog triggered the alarm (our dog weighs 50 lbs and we were told that the 80 lbs triggered motion sensors we had installed would prevent any false alarms such as this). I called Integrity back again to complain and they again said 'sorry', I demanded that they send out someone to fix the problem and that we would not be using the alarm until it was fixed (at this point we had used the system to it's fullest capabilities for 20 minutes mind you) they scheduled another service call for the following evening after 5pm (I explained we were not taking another morning/afternoon off from work and that they would have to send someone out in the evening when I returned from work). Apointment #5..... so another tech shows up, does his thing, says it should work and leaves. The next day we leave for work and guess what, the alarm goes off again... I call again... 'we're sorry' ... I demand a refund... they tell me 'let us try to schedule another appointment'... i said no, I'm sick of this.... they convice me to let them have another shot.... we schedule, they don't show up... I call AGAIN and demand to speak with a supervisor, I'm told that the supervisor will call me back that day after 10am (I called first thing that morning) guess what... nobody calls me back. We now have over $500 in fees from LAPD for the two false alarm calls, I finally did cancel the service which they have continued to bill for because they need 30 days notice or something??? and are trying to threaten us with a $1000 cancellation fee. IF YOU LIVE IN THE GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA DO NOT USE ADT, DO NOT USE ADT, DO NOT USE ADT!!!
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! THESE PEOPLE HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IN THE WORLD!!! THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY...HENRY IS AN A__HOLE, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYBODY ELSE BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HIM THERE IS NO ONE ELSE ABOVE HIM...I HAVE BEEN WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO FINISH INSTALLATION! THEIR INSTALLER WAS CALLING ME DIRECT TO RE-SCHEDULE THEN NEVER SHOWED THEN OFFERED TO DO A SIDE JOBE FOR ME...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

they sold me an alarm system (ADT) I stated I wshed a month to month contract with out an auto payment plan I was told ""No Problem"" I crossed out the auto payment plan and wrote N/A. I got my frist bill and nothing after except an automatic wd from my checking, which they have yet to stop. The alarm started Malfunctioning and had to be disarmed. I got nothing but I am sorry but your contract is now serviced by ADT. ADT of course said no your contact and all repairs are to be handled by Integrity alarms. No one ever calls back and all I want is the alarm removed. I wish Integrity would demonstrate some integrity. I will never ever Recommend them or ADT to anyone.
