Overall
Goodwill stores in Southern California becoming much too expensive!!

Goodwill Stores in Southern California have become way too greedy! Their prices used to be fair, however, now they're outrageous! Many of the stores in the malls have on-sale items that are less than what Goodwill charges for used items! Why would anyone buy used when they could buy new for less money?

Now, this isn't true for all Goodwill stores - only the ones in Orange County, CA. I've shopped many times at a Goodwill store in Bremerton, WA and was delighted with the low cost of the items (many of them brand new!), the fact that they had plenty of merchandise (much of really good quality), AND they even had a return policy if you were unhappy with the item! Not just electrical goods - anything you purchased!

Now, why can't the stores in Southern California realize they have unhappy customers and emulate the Goodwill store(s) in Bremerton, WA?
