Extremely poor customer care. I have given the manager Joel several times to prove himself as a businessman, however regardless I have been treated with utmost disrespect any and every time I have tried doing business here with Joel. I strongly advise against any dealings here due to the extreme lack of customer care and lack of assistance. Lucky to get 1 star just because the woman there is nice. Otherwise I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

This guy is very fair. He took the time to break down all my coins and gold explaining the value of everything. He was ver y friendly and has been in the same location for almost 15 years. Be sure and check him out for his free prices and appraisal services.

I WENT INTO THIS MANS STORE AND WAS TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN POOR POOR POOR PEOPLE SKILLS VERY WEIRD INDIVIDUAL SEEMED VERY UNSTABLE MENTALLY BUYER BEWARE. I PERSONALLY SEEN HIM ATTEMPTING TO CON AN OLDER LADY FROM HER COIN COLLECTION THAT WAS WORTH 20 TIMES MORE THAN WHAT HE WAS WILLING TO PAY HER!!!! A DISGRACE TO THE NAME COIN DEALER. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND INDIVIDUAL. APART FROM HIS POOR PEOPLE SKILLS HE IS A DISHONEST PERSON CHEATING THE PUBLIC. A DEALER SHOULD BUY TO MAKE A DESCENT PROFIT BUT TO STEAL FROM UNINFORMED OLDER U.S. CITIZENS WHO GAVE TO THIS COUNTRY IS A DAMN SHAME. SPREAD THE WORD HIS NAME IS JOEL.
