excellent customer servicei am happy with my car,the car runs perfect so far no issue Thanks for helping me
The owner is very honest and stands by his word. Very rare characteristic fir a used car dealer but he proved why there are good people in every business. Had a minor problem with a vehicle I purchased, he fixed it quickly, at his expense, and was extremely nice to work with. Highly recommend that you buy a car from this dealer
This was the WORST!!! Used car dealership I have ever done business with. His cars are a piece of junk. They will tell you all their cars have been checked by his mechanic which is a lie... The BMW I bought has had nothing but issues and I have been getting it fixed ever since and also found out the antifreeze that his mechanic put it wasn't even the right one. He would work with me to get the lemon he sold me fixed he just excused it away and said to bad it was sold as is... Beware and do buy a car from this guy I'm sure you will regret it as I have.
First used car dealer i've gone through. Started off bumpy, but in the end i ended up with a Toyota Camry and it's been running good.
STAY AWAY!!! If I could give it less that one star, I would! I traded in my jeep patriot and bought an F-150. A 10 day payoff was given to the dealer to pay off my lean with the bank and they failed to pay it off within the 10 day payoff timeframe. when I called and talked to Jeff, who was the same one who sold me the truck, and asked him why it wasn't paid off he replied, "we are a small dealer and we don't have the funds laying around to pay it off right now, so we will need to get another 10 day payoff amount". So I gave them another one and they finally paid it off 4 days after the second ten day payoff amount expired. Also I had paid a half payment on my trade in due to them not doing their job like they said they would and never received the difference. IT GETS BETTER! when I purchased the truck I asked if there was a safety inspection done on the vehicle, they said "yes". Later finding out that their version of a "safety inspection" is taking it around the corner to a shade tree tire shop. The first week I brought the vehicle home it stared to run weird, so I decided to give it a once over. 1) the oil was low, thick and black. it looked like it hadn't been changed in at least 7k miles. changed it out of pocket. 2) the air filter was greasy black. changed it out of pocket. 3) 3 weeks after purchase, the brakes started rubbing and after inspection and changing them, the front rotors were warped and there was anywhere from 1/16of an inch to metal on metal. yep, you guessed it, paid out of pocket yet again! Now I am trying to chase down a vacuum leak that has been causing me hell for the past 2 weeks. This is a dealer that does have "that reputation" and they are not "trustworthy"! Please do yourself a favor, save yourself a headache, frustration, time and anger, and DO NOT GO!!!
