I placed an order for a radiator online. I decided to cancel the order after just a few minutes. I called the company and was told that the order would be cancelled. The next day my credit card was charged anyway. I called the company and was told it takes 3-5 business days to get the credit. After six business days I still do not have a credit. I called the company and they emailed me proof of the refund, less a $5 service fee, but still no credit to my account. I would not recommend this business until they get their business processes figured out.
I going to have to tell a story but i want what happened to me with this company motorsportsauto.com or the zpartsstore.com to be documented some where. Because being mickey moused by them over the phone gets you know where. I ordered a three parts but i had put in the wrong address and called the next day to correct the matter. Motorsportsauto had assured me that Jeff had already corrected the problem. Four days later I recived two items the third one missing. Next day fedex calls me and leaves a voice mail that they have my part but not the right address. A few days go by and i finally get in contact with an employee of fex. By this time I had already made my own part that I needed and no longer needed theirs. I had fedex return the item to sender. Its been almost a week and when I call motorsportsauto to get my money back they are to reluctant to give me my money back and tell me i will have to wait for the part it gets back to the original manufacture. Why I am fustrated with this is because motorsportsauto is the company that received my money not the other company. If you dont have the part to begin with why would you post it on your website? By the way this is not the first time this has happened. I place my order on 10/29/14 its been over a week. I dont like calling just to get the run around about why i cant get my money back. Motorsportsauto's website recived payment they should be able to give it back just as fast. Needlees to say if your going to do business with them make sure the have the item on hand in there warehouse.

This dealer is a scammer!! I asked the dealer if the truck had any leaks or other defects that may keep me from buying. He told me 3 times that there were no leaks. I traveled 4 hours to look at the vehicle!! The truck had a major oil leak that came from the back of the motor, down to the pan, and was spraying on to the frame. It also had a sufficient coolant leak. The dealer told me as I was leaving that I could put all the oil I want in to it. No remorse for a buyer who just made a 9 hour round trip!!! Stay Away!!!
