My first review in my 52 years on this earth, but it needs to be said...Over priced and not anything to go back again forWife ordered seafood platter. We asked server before ordering about what all came with it... once meal arrived many items were not included... (hush puppies, coleslaw, gumbo)I ordered a burger... figured you can’t go wrong... I was wrong! For $15 or so, I get 2 patties on a bun that was so soggy I couldn’t pick it up before it fell apart and a handful of fries. When I asked about lettuce and tomato and heaven forbid a pickle, the waitress acted surprised and said... and I quote...”Oh honey, I don’t have any tomatoes but I might can find you a piece of lettuce if you’d like that, or I can just take it all back if you don’t want it. From Business: We have traveled the world surfing and dining, our menu tells the story. From our signature Maine Lobster Rolls, Asian Soba Noodle Broth Bowl, Southern Fried Shri…
First thing had to wait for a table for a party of 10 wasn't bothered much for the wait but got seated and they didn't have Dr pepper cuz they was out until next day that should have been a sign to leave. So we ordered our food and all of our foods was supposed to have French fries but they was out of them but we didn't get told that what they did was bring us 2 steamed baby potatoes instead without even letting us know. And then didn't offer a discount. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! Very, very disappointed!!!!
Wasn't impressed with any of the food. Burgers we frozen from Wal-Mart and chicken was very dry. Fries horrible
Docs is good. Food is good, service is good. Canal Road location is crowded, way too small and you will have to wait quite some time, out in the heat with the mosquitoes. I suggest you go to the other location. Food is good. Service is good. Don't pass up the chance to eat at Docs, just go to the other location to do it.Docs is the best known restaurant in this area. Locals hit this place regularly.
If you have time, go here, as in two hours. It took over an hour to get seated. It took about forty more minutes to get food after we ordered. We spent alot of time waiting for the waitress to appear to take the order. We waited a long time for her to come back to give us the check.Overpriced for the quality food you get. Service is absolutely pathetic.
I have become a repeat customer for Flippers. Food is always good, service is most always good. Prices are reasonable. Attentive staff even when busy. Food always arrives hot and as ordered. The only negative here is that they did away with the free fried okra. You have to pay for rolls if you want them, or order an appetizer. Usually food comes out quick enough that you can really manage without rolls or appetizers though.
Had a wonderful experience in Perdido Keys parasailing. The crew of Donnie, Jessica, 2 Jason and Brandon we're awesome. Captain Jason did a wonderful job of navigating the boat and giving us a beautiful view of Perdido Keys. They are very experienced and know how to give you the most out of your parasailing experience. Brandon took some incredible pictures that will be able to treasure for years to come. You can choose lots of different companies to go parasailing in the Orange Beach area but Donnie's been doing this for over 30 years and you can tell he is a professional at what he does. I highly recommend using OBM Watersports in Perdido Keys and the Orange Beach area.
Don't kid yourself. Nothing dog friendly here. Had a few tables in the sun and nobody there. Would not allow you to sit anywhere just the end of the marina. I will never go back. Save your time and frustration.
Seafood anyway you like it. Very casual. Service was quick and friendly. Raw oysters were cold and delicious.
This has to be the best fried seafood I have ever had!Doc's does it right & does it fast :) There is always a crowd, so plan ahead!
