LaHaye Total Eye Care

I went to this location this morning for the first time. The 2 ladies who checked me in and took my insurance, were wonderful! Then I was called to the back by Ms Chrystal, who did, I guess what you would call a PRE-eye exam and dilated my eyes. She was great ALSO!! Now for the not so good part of my visit, which is why I gave my overall rating 3 stars. The Dr. who saw me, Dr. Myers, was NOT professional at all! She spoke terms over my head that I had no clue what they meant. And she asked me questions that had no "ONE answer" to them and when I expressed that I was not clear about what she was saying, she got very SHORT with me! I didnt feel like a valued customer. How dare she belittle me. She even went so far as to say to me, I should know about my eyes. I am not an eye doctor, HENCE my visit. The staff was wonderful!! Which is why I will be going back, BECAUSE OF THEM. And because there are other Doctors to see me. (Great Staff-Hence the 3 stars) But I will never ever see Dr. Myers again! I am a customer. I paid to have services rendered. How dare she have an attitude with the customer, a customer she has never met before. We have no history. (well, now we do) First impressions mean the MOST. With this Dr., it will be my last interaction. Kudos to the staff!!! Yay!!!
