I did NOT have a good experience. When I came to pick up my van, I asked to inspect my van before paying.Upon entering my vehicle for inspection, I noticed that the speedometer was stuck on 100 mph ( NOT working) , the entire inside front panel of my van wasn't aligned and had one inch gaps, and there was a crack in the middle of my dashboard. The owner said that was the way my husband brought in the car.....I told him no, that wasn't the way it was brought in. One NICE man there J NOT the owner....helped me fix my car by aligning the front inside panel. BTW I never raised my voice or yelled at anyone there but had to endure the rudeness of the owner and his unwillingness to help me. I ended up having to call the police bcz the owner refused to release MY car, in my name, to me. This was because I voiced him my concerns....He rudely said, "Call the police, I don't care." I agreed to disagree with him after J helped me. I asked J to take my payment bcz I just wanted to leave....With the police still there and in front of them, the owner quickly took my money. He then changed the contract and tried to illegally add all the problems that I had pointed out to him on the final contract.and told me to sign it. I was disappointed and refused to sign it and had to endure the owner again because I wouldn't sign and that he wouldn't release my car to me. The police finally told him to remove the illegal additions to the contract and to release my car to me. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with these people. This was the worst experience I have had with a mechanic!!!! Yes they fixed my van but with left me with over $500 in damages and lots of grief and aggravation......
