        Overall

        I would never use them again!!! I took my dog in to be cremated and she had a collar and tag on and i told them i wanted those items retunred to me whne i picked up her ashes. I went in and they lied and stated there was no collar and tag on my dog and i know they didtn even look!! Do NOT use them!!
