While traveling coast to coast, we had a fuse blow in the car, and replaced it ourselves. Following that, the interior lights remained out, as well as the dashboard trip odometer and clock. After checking all fuses, and finding them ok, we were stumped. We went to Gentry Subaru and they found very quickly that one of the fuses was not making contact, despite being a good fuse. Our problem was identified in five minutes, and fixed at no charge! We were back on the road immediately with all previously non-functional items restored to proper function. We could not have been happier. They were great to us travelers in minor distress with their Subaru. We remain highly grateful for their kind help and immediate attention.

That $25 oil change for our 09 4cyl Camry turned into $100. The final bill was $80. I will never go there again! RIP OFF!!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR! I give them credit for replacing motor when it blew but that is it!! They screwed up paperwork from day 1. Everything worked fine till engine blew and then I got back without working gas gauge & tach. Those miraculously started working just before the belt tensioner assembly part - the thing that keeps the belts in place to turn, broke! They would not fix telling me it was outside the motor thus not covered under warranty. Finance company financed for double almost triple the worth, so instead of $2600 for a car, we will now pay $5700 on a car that has a blue book value of $1500!!! We cant get out of contract unless voluntary repo, and if we pay off early we still have to pay the $5700. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY!!!!!

So you think all car salesmen are complete scum? Well, if you're coming to Steve's Hometown Toyota, you would be correct in that assumption! Absolute scum! Initially, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth my experience with Billy seemed to be going. There was no pressure, no number circles. Yes, everything seemed great until we made an offer on the car. Prior to going to the dealership, we noted from the carfax that there were SIGNIFICANTLY MORE MILES on the car we were looking at than was listed on the dealer's website. However, when we brought this up we were assured we could bargain based on that. However, after driving all the way to Ontario based on that assumption......the company made it very clear they weren't willing to bargain at all, despite the 30% increase in mileage. HERE'S THE KICKER. After we left the lot, they RAISED THEIR ONLINE PRICE BY $7,000. Ludicrous. More than the car originally sold for, quite literally. They were rude in discussing the deal by phone, claiming they'd get back to us in five minutes and in reality taking 45+ for very simple questions. The back and forth was ridiculous, unprofessional, and absolutely disrespectful of the value of our time as serious buyers. In the end, we were sitting at the bank with a check, ready to pay the original price for the WRONG MILEAGE, and they wouldn't take it because they are FULL OF HIDDEN CHARGES. I can't even describe how negative this experience was. These scumbags are the epitome of why people hate car salesmen. Don't waste your time at this dealership. Go somewhere where you are actually treated with RESPECT and COURTESY, where you don't have to waste hours on GAMES and TRICKS.

Gentry Auto Group wqas fantastic. We bought my 16 year old her first car there today and could not have been happier with the service. Felipe our salesaman was fantastic and took us through the process with ease and made the drive from Idaho well worth our time. I would recomend visiting if your in the market for a vehicle.
