Sent my Mother and sister over to the dealership checked her credit with Experian and it had like a 637 and her car is like 2500-4000 worth in trade in value.
"The Salesmen watering hole Greeted them at the entrance outside and they asked them who they can direct them to and they had forgotten and so they call me to ask for name of gentleman who I spoke with over the phone so i let them know it was Freddy C. Arvayo they only had to wait for 10-15 minutes because it was a late visit slightly unplanned. Was supposed to be there at 3:30 i called to let them know they will be 2 hours late since my autistic brother had to be setup so my mother could leave the house. They got there and sat down at the table next to him after speaking to the receptionist(she did not notify him and it was a busy atmosphere so not a big deal) My mother flagged him down and he said he would be right with them in like maybe 2 minutes tops my mother mentioned how he walked over to her and my sister and says I have a couple Jeeps outside and lets go take a look at them, I had spoken with Mr. Arvayo over the phone and I said that they needed a 2 DR BLUE JEEP WRANGLER... Keep that in mind.
My mother was quite surprised that he was very unlike a salesmen not being very interactive my mother and sister were having a conversation with the wind....She had already talked about not having kids anymore because they were all grown up and she was an open book about what she wanted the whole time...So they Get to the Jeeps and he walks straight for the 4 Door Jeep Wranglers. My Mom mentions how nice they looked but that they were very big lol. He said once that it was smaller than her trade in. He was being very pushy about getting her into the 4 door models of the jeeps. Mother said at one point that they are just still too big and Mr. Arvayo Stated that they are only 12 inches smaller than the 2 Door Jeep Wranglers. She just went on to say she did not need that extra space, (Rest in Attachment)
This dealerships service department is a joke. They never answer the phone. They lie about half of the things on your car. And the technicians need alot more training. Let me tell you, I have a 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye Turbo and I took it in for service. The guy told me that the car was "perfectly fine" you have a "great running car". Well a week later the transmission breaks and Chrysler has to replace the whole transmission. They then call me to pick up my car. So I did. That day the transmission still was grinding, skipping gears and the engine was reving for no reason. I'm sure they forgot to update the transmission's computer, the car is still barely drivable. " ready" wasn't the term they should of used. I doubt they even test drove it after replacing the transmission to see if they have done it correctly. The owner of the dealership just hides from its customers and doesn't do a dam thing about how crappy this dealership has become. They LIE about EVERYTHING. Browning Dodge in Norco at least has better customer service and not two 22 years old girls that are constantly on Facebook and twitter at the receptionist. They do care about their job and its complete BS.
I went here after doing some research on a dodge dart and checking a few other dealerships. Our salesperson, Oscar Arreola was not only helpful but he was honest and straight forward with costs and helping us to stay inside our budget. He didn't try to make extra off us by up selling us on a more expensive car. In fact he got us a brand new 2015 dart with lots of upgrades and still kept us under what we were willing to spend. In all, we got the car we wanted with more perks than we expected, at a price we wanted. Go see Oscar Arreola when you want to buy a new car and I assure you the experience will be worth it and he'll get you into the car you want at the best price possible.
A waste of a Saturday afternoon with LIES, LIES and more LIES. I called ahead of time and talked to Fred Arvayo. I asked him if the car was still available and if price was negotiable. Fred told me car was still available and that price was negotiable. I asked twice about pricing being negotiable because I live 1 hour drive from this dealership. He confirms, yes price is negotiable.
I arrived at dealership check out the car and everything was to my satisfaction, we then sit down and start talking numbers. Remember what they told me over the phone about price being "NEGOTIABLE" will they refused to negotiate anything. They LIED just to get me in the door. They also tried to pressure me into submitting a credit application through them even though I told them I had financing from my bank already.
Watch Out for There Dirty Tricks
Be careful they have a "Mandatory Credit Check" regardless if you have outside financing like I did. One salesman told me because they recently had a vehicle stolen and another one tells me its for Patriots Act. Both are lies, a credit check is not required to buy a car from a dealership. They just want to run your credit app through there lenders because they make a good chunk of there profits when you finance through them. I had financing ready and check book in hand for down payment. I was ready to buy the car that same day but they lost a sale (and possible word of mouth advertising) because of there LIES, LIES and more LIES.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from them, the latest is a doge truck I was originally referred to jeep chrysler dodge of ontario by a member of my church, and now I refer all of my family members, firends and members of my congregation to see them.
The take great care of me and my New truck, they allows go out of their way to make every visit or transaction a pleasurable one.
They are Just THE BEST
I can honestly say that when we moved to southern california from Boston many years ago we had many fears and one of them was who will take care of our Jeep. The first month we lived here we had a flat tire on the freeway which was scary all by itself, however shortly after we pulled over another vehicle pulled over behind us and out popped a very nice guy with a smile and a shirt with the Local Jeep dealer name on it, he stated he was on his way back from lunch and we looked like we needed help, he changed our tire, refused payment and said if you ever need anything come see us. I can honestly state that we will NEVER purchase or have our vehicle repaired anywhere except Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario, every single one of their employee's have the same outlook and attitude as the fine gentleman that we met over 9 years ago, I would recomend every Jeep owner to see them. They are honest, caring and have a great attitude. What a fine team of employee's. thank you

I have had 7 jeeps, all purchased from them, and all service by them. They treat me like family, they are always honest and give options on the best service for the best price, I recomend all of my friends and family to go see them.

Nice friendly staff, a great price on the vehicle I was looking for, large selection of used, clean vehicles on the lot. I had my own certified mechanic inspect the used vehicle-got an excellent score.
It was my first time financing through a car dealership. Very typical car dealership financing - sitting in a room for awhile; having two salesmen come in one at a time at different times; having to re-explain to each one not to include the same ""added items"" to the car bill (high pressure with a smile, with some minor guilt trips thrown in); a few comments-""got to check with my manager;"" over time, feeling their demeanor change; feeling worn out (I know, it's another sales gimmick); finally, I was off to the finance guy, (btw-another salesman) he was nice, however, at times, he used strong tonality suggestions to include some ""added items"" to the bill, but in the end he ""pulled some strings,"" and (we) both got what (we) wanted for my financial payment goals. I also didn't like that I got this uncertain feeling that there's going to be a catch some time in the near future, and that the loan contract may change if some part of the contract doesn't go through... I was tried at the end of the process, a lot of dealership sales jargon bombarding me for over an hour, lots of contract reading while tired and short on time.
Overall, my review would be five stars if there wasn't that typical high pressure sales with the car dealership loan (wondering-regretting if I should have just used the pre-approved loans I got through the internet before I arrived) and that uncertain feeling about my loan when leaving the dealership.
(btw, my credit rating is outstanding).

Horrible Service Department. On 7/14/09 I took my jeep in for a ""free service evaluation"" (just for going I got a free cooler, oil change coupon, flashlight & raffle entry for a new car - gimmicky I know) Anyway, they come up with $3,000 worth of repairs my jeep supposedly needs including $1,100 for a clutch replacement. Sure enough the very next day 7/15/09 my clutch fails on the freeway going 70 mph. It suddenly popped out of gear into neutral and I had to coast from the 3rd lane to the right shoulder during rush hour. I'm calling it a scam. Took it to a local mechanic who replaced the clutch for $650 and showed me that none of the parts were worn or damaged. The pins that hold the clutch together apparently just broke ""randomly."" I called Vicky, one of the dealerships managers but have yet to get a response
Take your business anywhere else. The mechanics create problems to your vehicle in order to drum up business as I reasonably believe they did to me.
The one nice person I dealt with was a football player who worked the service counter named Bruce. He was cool and laughed with me over the absurdity of a $3000 repair bill for a car worth $5000. Dude if you read this, get a new job.
So if anyone wants a free oil change - Ill be happy to give you the voucher, because there's no way in hell I'll ever return to this dealership.
