Elite Scales

This counter stopped working only 17 months from purchase and Elite Scales of Ontario, CA (AKA 1-855-my-scale) refused to help us unless we paid them $45.00 (35% of purchase price) per telephone conversation with no guarantees whatsoever. Our appeal to management resulted in yet another rude reply indicating their complete lack of concern for anything other than collecting ridiculous amounts of money for repair assistance. It seems that this company makes more from repairs than sales. Recommend you avoid them like the plague.
