Captains At Your Service

i have been a customer for a while i hate to see someone bash this company sound like ex-employee both reviews done on same day (funny hug) Captains has always been good to me......

Disgustingly dirty facilities! Dead roaches in the corners, ants all over the damn place...not to talk about RATS! Worst part of all this is the general manager is so unprofessional and doesn't give a damn about her renters that even if you showed her a dead rat under her nose she would probably come up with an excuse for that too as she offers NO refunds (although of course the front desk says they do just to get you to rent there). Do not rent at any of their facilities....the level of dirt is disgusting, and they are OK wit it!!!! PEST CONTROL needs to turn the place upside down!

Unprofessional. Dirty facilities with rats. They keep your money if you pay for a free month by mistake. Good publicity stunt to get you in with false promises, and when it is time to do as said by the contract, the manager is nowhere to be found. No calls back. Front desk and general manager Sheila are extremely rude and do not conduct their business professionally. High chance of water leaks into your storage room. Customer service does not exist as they are never there to answer your calls, unless you want to rent. For existing customers instead, service is definitely non existant. The worst storage facility in Ontario, hands down.
