        Overall

        The service of this store has gone down hill in the last several months !! I have gone in and kitchen employees are outside smoking and the register person is running the kitchen ! Also on several occasions I have been treated as an inconvenience in the mornings by the cashiers !! Also I know for a fact that Caseys does not allow music playing and I have witnessed music playing by the kitchen employees !
