        Overall

        I went into verizon because my phone completely stopped working.i upgraded my sons phone and i took his phone.the transfer was very tricky because my touchscreen was completely shot. Coty burgess was wonderful.He worked so hard to make sure i got my contacts and pictures switched over. He went way above his job. He even texted me the next day to make sure everything switched over.It was a long process and he never got frustrated. You have a wonderful employee and his customer service is out of this world!
