I am so happy that there is a reputable service / repair center for Kirby Vacuums! Tom is VERY HONEST! He told me what I needed to keep my vacuum running in top notch condition and didn't sell me parts that weren't needed. He also gave me helpful tips as well as constructive vacuuming criticism. Will go the extra mile to help you understand how to resolve operational issues. A Service Center that still believes in traditional customer care.
I took two of my vacuums to Greg at Millard Vacuum. He is outgoing, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help people with their vacuum problems. He identified the issues quickly and was able to get both of my vacuums fixed quickly, accurately and efficiently. Greg is thee BEST. Go Millard Vacuum! He lost my vacuum! Took my vacuum to be repaired to Millard Vacuum. Mine is gray and purple, and he tried to give me a black and turquoise one. When I pointed out that this is not mine, he insisted that it was until I went to my trunk and showed pieces of my machine. He stammered that he's never lost one in over 40 years....maybe it was with his mechanic.He then offered to give me this other person's vacuum...Multiple times. I refused and stated I wanted my vacuum...as it is made specifically for pet hair removal, which I need with Hank.After over a week of waiting on him to call me, which he stated he would do, I called him back, and he had no solution to offer. I let him know that i bought it for $155 on sale with a coupon at Target, and would like that much back from him as compensation for my lost machine. He refuses to honor this.He will not provide his first and last name, either, which he probably expects (rightly) for Smalls Claims Court.
After going to Millard Vacuum, be rest assured that your vacuum will need additional repairs after visiting these guys. Along with the additional repairs, you will get a great explanation as to why your vacuum (Dyson) is a piece of junk and if you would buy from them, you wouldn't have these issues. Unfortunately my wife was taken advantage of from these guys and over $250 later I'm sure we will have the same issues until we take it to a professional. If you feel like you are willing to test your luck with these guys, please be sure to ask for an ESTIMATE and for them to provide you with a detailed receipt of services/parts required...
I have been going to Millard Vacuum, exclusively for 8 years now. Since day one, I have only received excellent customer service. The owner is very helpful. He knows his product well. I will always be a faithful customer!
