They lost my sons prescription twice after promising it wouldn't happen after the first time. It had to be a hand written script from the Dr. and her office is across town. In the mean time he had to go without it. Ok so we asked why did you do this to us again? Their response was basically (Sucks for You and I'm a Dr. and I'll transfer your info to another pharmacy right now if you don't like it.) Ok great we're never going back after 20 years. How unprofessional .
Physicians are given a "quota" and rush to complete this requirement usually without any break in their day leading to patient concerns which go unaddressed.
