Super Cuts in Omaha, NE

i checked in at 9 a.m. an older lady was there i was ask to take a seat while she open her station which i did, then she said i have to take this to my car. when i looked out she was talking to another person waited a few more minutes & she was smoking a cigarette needless to say i left my time is important too.

My 1st visit & I will go again to KAYLA. She talked w/ me, at length about my color, & the RED turned out Better jobbeautiful. I DO THINK THAT THE INSTRUCTORS CUD DO A much better job in their appearance, especially their HAIR, several looked like they needed conditioners & like they just rolled out of bed !

Zero stars. Went in to donate to locks of love, wanted my hair below my shoulders, after they put the ponytail in my hair I asked how much that was. They said about 6 inches, after I insisted on them measuring it, it was 11 1/2 inches.The lady cutting my hair was teaching another lady while she was doing it. She was saying how I had thick hair (which I don't). When she was done I told her it looked like the right side was different than my left, she said it was because I had more hair on one side than the other. I went home and straightened my hair. One side had no layers and the other side looked like it was cut with a chainsaw. Choppy, uneven layers and what almost looks like a bald spot. It looks like I got 2 different haircuts.It's awful and I can't wear my hair down.Will never go back!

I will never go back to this salon, treated awful. Asked her to cut my 6 year old son's hair. she told me to go to a barber then to go to a white salon. I will not repeat what else she said. She also said she took her son to a barber. What kind of a stylist cannot cut her own son's hair. Needless to say went some where else. 0 stars. Only gave it 1 star because had to to continue.

My boyfriend and I went there to get his haircut and the lady cut it way shorter than he wanted. He had long hair to begin with and she chopped almost all of it off and made him look like Ruby Rose. We both hate it!! I can't even look at him without crying. And now we have to go somewhere else and spend more money to get it fixed. It would fit better to give them zero stars than one. But that's as low as I can go.

I came into great clips after two salons rejected me because I was in my pajamas, no make up, and had two tired kids. I had just gotten home from three weeks of army training and was doing laundry at the laundromat and just wanted to get my son a haircut.The other salons told me they were booked for the night with not one client in there when I stopped. I walked into great clips and the lady was welcoming and even though my child was tired she tried to entertain him the best she could. Thank you for cutting my child's hair and not judging me after a long month.

I stopped in here to get my sons hair cut after being gone the last month with the military. They told me they were booked for the night but there was not one stylist out of the two or three in there doing hair and the lady who said they were booked was vacuuming. I showed up in my pajamas because I just got home late last night and had three weeks of laundry to do and was at the laundromat. Talk about feeling degraded!!! I get my hair done, my nails done, and massages on weekly and monthly basis and tip the professionals in my life greatly. I will never visit this salon again....

I really love going there my whole family goes there's to get our hair cut and we have no complaints. The staff is awesome and friendly and always sending out great coupons.

Sunday, August 22nd, 2010 I showed up at this location AT 4pm thinking I still had a good hour before they closed... I WAS WRONG. The last stylist was locking the door. She saw me put my head down in self-pitty, & just turned around to unlock the door. Now this WONDERFUL stylist, not knowing what I needed or if the car load of children I had with me needed cuts, too called us all inside. Well, I'm guessing to my belief she was extremely happy to find just I needed a haircut. Out of the graces of her heart, she cut my hair!
