First time here and we were totally impressed. Nice comfortable sports bar with a great atmosphere. Our first waitress Skye (sp?) was fantastic. She was prompt, courteous, nice and truly enjoyed her job it seemed like. The place was busy but she was always there when we needed her. Prices were great on our beers and the menu is large. I had the turkey burger the California way - pico de gallo and avocado. I have never ordered a turkey burger out and I will definitely order one again there. My partner had the mushroom swiss burger and it was loaded with fresh mushrooms and was piping hot. She loved it!. Good skinny fries topped it off. We were there during a shift change so Morgan took over and she was just as friendly as our first waitress. In fact everyone there had a smile on their face, said hello and made you feel welcome. Service is what brings me back to a place if I can't decide where I want to go. I will be back and I will share the word on this place.
This is my go-to place for burgers - especially on half-off burger Wednesdays!! I have found it is very difficult to get a burger cooked all the way through here in the Midwest. This place cooks them through and through by default, and if you want it cooked different, you need to order it that way. I like the menu choices for those burgers too. For those who like a little heat, Hell's Bells will not disappoint. Their burgers aren't the only item I can go on about. Pizza is their money maker. I can't say enough about the all meat, which I believe is called the Carnivore. I saw spicy chicken nachos on the menu...I'll need to give those a try next. Service is OK.
Went last night and had their strawberry and chicken salad (yes I know I'm supposed to get the pizza) and it was very tasty! Enjoyed it a lot and the other meals I've had there too. My husband and boys all had huge burgers they loved, one in particular was the Morning Glory with bacon and egg on it; my 8 year old son devoured it! Only complaint I would have was kind of sketchy check in with the hostess who was using her mobile phone while I waited to talk to her, but that's not the norm.
Came in on a Sunday when the doors were being unlocked. Service was solid, pizza was great, and I very much appreciate seeing some local brews on the menu. In particular, Infusion's Vanilla Bean Blonde. Our table thought the volume from the TV was a bit too high given no games were on until noon, but honestly I was very pleased with my first visit here. Here's to hoping Union stays around longer than the other tenants who occupied the building! Keep it up.
Love love love eating and drinking here! The Reuben sandwich, PB&J wings, and Union Specialty pizza are some of my favorite things. They always have a good variety of tap beers and rotate them with the seasons. Very clean and tons of TVs to watch any game you want! The service is awesome every time I go. Definitely a great value for the amount of food you get and their specials are awesome. Half price burgers all day Wednesday? You can't beat that!
We love the Union! It has become one of our favorite hangouts in NW Omaha. The service is always great, and I have liked everything I've tried from the menu. Our favorite appetizers are the wings in Voodoo sauce, pretzel bats, and nachos. The pizzas are excellent, definitely not shy on the toppings. They have a very nice selection of craft beers on tap as well
I'm almost afraid to say how fun it was to watch the Husker game here, because I don't want it to get so overcrowded there won't be enough seats/tables for my friends and me next time! Great location. Great service. Great wings.Plenty cold beer ! And a Nebraska win. GBR! Can't beat that! What an awesome place for non-game days too. I'll definitely be back!!
My daughter had the flatbread veggie pizza and I had the regular pizza and both were phenomenal. It was between lunch & dinner when we were there. Service was prompt and friendly when we asked for suggestions on places to go downtown Omaha. Atmosphere was great...lost of baseball games on and it was clean! I will go back and I recommend the pizza.
Great sports bar for Northwest Omaha. I was a patron of another neighborhood bar until these guys opened last year. Great selection of food. Their wing night is Monday when they offer 50 cents wings. I'm there every Monday to watch football and have wings as these have become my favorite in town. Try the Voodoo sauce..it is one of their best.
