AND BY THE OPTICAL DEPARTMENT AT COSTCO ON DODGE IN OMAHA. THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT THE PRESCRIPTION THE THIRD TIME AND WERE UNWILLING TO CORRECT THEIR FAULTY WORK THEY WANTED ME TO PAY 50% OF THE REDO COST OR GO AWAY! (QUOTE BY THE OWNER )HARLAN RIPS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK , $369.90 COMPLETELY DOWN THE DRAIN! NOW VERY HAPPY WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM AND PRICING AT COSTCO WHERE I HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS!
Dr Olney worked for 16 years with us to find a diagnosis for my special needs son! We were told to cherish every moment with him, because we had no life expectancy! Quincy has been through 19 surgeries and coded 3 times during his last back surgery. The Good Lord was watching over him that day! She never gave up on us when everything pointed to “He should be normal!” We knew he was not! When Dr Olney found the most minute piece of the chromosome that Quincy was missing, she called me personally! She had a shaky voice, like she had been crying, an elated, “finally” cry! Her words to me were, and I will never forget them, were, “We found it!” I was worried at first but once she explained that he would probably out live us all, my heart sank and I cried for what seemed like a week! Every mile stone Quincy has, we celebrate! He was a cheerleader for all 4 years in high school, he is now 24 years old, and works at Crossroads of Western Iowa in Missouri Valley! Won't go near them ever again. Wouldn't dare to recommend them even if my life depended on it. Six months of not getting it right. Six months of refusing to listen to the customer and then halfway through trying to resolve the email address they give me is suddenly unreachable. Originally went in with my own two pairs of glasses and asked them to swap out the varifocal lenses for single vision ultra slim, the ones that don't need so much of a curve to work right. Of course they insisted on testing me and changing a prescription that works. Glasses came back. Wrong. Tried for a week, horrible headaches. Took back and asked them to change back to my old prescription and specified please measure my third pair of old glasses that seemed to work better, don't use my old written prescription because I suspect it might be slightly off. Again glasses came back, still wrong. Turns out the used my old written script and did not measure my old glasses plus they insisted they had tested me again when they did not. The girl that then tested my glasses on the machine was really rude about it too. So they retested me and they insisted on still changing the script for my right eye which seemed fine to me. This time I insisted they please just use the measurements from my old glasses so they finally agreed. Good I thought so I also paid for two extra complete new pairs that could have the stems adjusted to my fitting. I kept one pair to manage with while they sent the other plus the two new pairs off to be done. They came back finally and I go in to collect. I ask the guy to measure the wire stems on the two new pairs to my old ones. He didn't even sit me down and measure properly, just stood there and cut them. I get home and try the new full pairs on and the stems need bending slightly so I go to do it like I've been doing for years and the tips break off both pairs. So I look at my old ones and he's cut them too short

I absolutely loved the Cleaning Checklist. It's provided after each of my cleanings. Due to my extremely busy work schedule, I have yet to meet April, so the Checklist really shows me all that was cleaned in my home while I was at work. She has serviced my home 6x since I hired her back in November 2016. I come home to a very clean and organized house every Friday!
Are you still in business? I've been calling and calling and the main number is not working - it tells me my account is not authorized to make this call. I use Sprint and have no problem making other calls, so what's up? Where did you guys go?
The phone number YP provides is a FAX machine. YP should do a better job of making sure the phone numbers are correct!
Your business is good but at the same time u people should let us know when there isnt going to be a visit with our kids you guys should let us when a person gets fired so yall cann be on top of looking for someone else to do the visits
