        Overall
        Prescriptions are handy

        to pick up in Walgreens' drive-through window. However, you must compare prescription prices with the competition, because Walgreens often comes in higher.

        Use Register Rewards in combination with manufacturers' coupons, and you can get a lot of great free loot here.
