Pizza Hut

I do not recommend this pizza hut. We ordered the Box dinner (two medium pizzas, breadsticks, and pasta) online at 6:09pm. The delivery time was suppose to be 7:10pm. At 7:30 we called to see where our order was, the person who answered said it should be there any minute. 25 minutes later it arrives. That is almost 2hrs since we ordered! The first bite into our food, both the pizza and the pasta along with the breadsticks were cold. The pizza dough was still doughy and not done. This is the first review I have ever written and I am definitely not a complainer, but the service and the food were very poor. We could have made better homemade pizza. Pizza Hut will no longer get my business. I was highly disappointed...something needs to change at this location (50th & Underwood).

This place is ridiculous. We love pizza hut in general, but it's not worth it to deal with the idiots at this store. We've called like 3 times for delivery, and so far the fastest we've gotten our food has been an hour and a half. They are right down the street from us. One time it took 2 and a half hours. We called twice asking what was taking so long and the worker kept telling us that the driver had JUST LEFT. Right. When we got the food it was cold and the crust was hard and half our order was missing. I called to complain and the manager was RUDE. Great training there. No wonder the employees are rude. They learned it from the manager. Never going back. It's not worth it. We' ll go to papa johns or something.

I have had 2 horrible experiences at this pizza hut location. Okay so starting off with the first experience ordered from this pizza hut last Thursday 10/27 and the person that took my order on the phone was completely rude and uninterested in the order i was placing. Then after ordering i realized we had forgot to ask for ranch so my cousin called back to make sure 2 sides of ranch were included with the order and again the person was completely rude and uninterested in what was going on. Then we wait for the pizza to come which took forever and i meet the pizza delivery driver at the door who informs me that there is a $1.08 charge for the ranch we ordered so i explained to him that it was ridiculous they would wait till they bring the pizza to tell me about this charge seeing is how my method of payment was DEBIT CARD so therefore why would you expect me to have cash on me! The delivery driver then pretty much argued with me to just right $1.08 somewhere on the receipt which i don't find to be very safe but did this to end the argue so i could feed my family! EXPERIENCE NUMBER 2: I then placed a complaint on line and received a response from a manager who agreed to give me a credit for a free pizza and wings which i agreed was fair and i was willing to give a second chance so then i call the next day 11/2/11 to order my credited pizza and the lady manager on duty informs me she has no idea what I'm talking about because there is no info about a credit under my phone number. I argue with her that i find this to be ridiculous and she still refuses to give me my credited pizza. She then asked me to explain what happen which was a waste of time because the whole time she refused saying she has no idea what I'm talking about because she was there yesterday and doesn't recall this situation. I pretty much told them to screw off and ill take my business elsewhere don't need this kind of crap when I'm spending good money to be treated this way!
