My first available pickup date came and went with no confirmed pickup. They said the price would be a bit higher because the delivery destination was "off their normal route" but it was still less than other companies quoted so I was happy. The delivery happened before we arrived Connecticut. It was just a little concerning and required a few phone calls to find a solution for the cars that would arrive before we did. However, the driver was apologetic about the situation and took a great care of my car.

They assigned the driver in a few hours and the vehicle was ready for pickup in 3 days. But somehow my pick up date was incorrect, so the driver arrived 2 days later. In the end all was well.
