        Howard N. Kaplan Esquire is a former IRS agent and now a much sought after tax attorney in private practice. He is a national expert on taxation and all tax related matters. Besides being exceptionally bright and articulate, his special talent is being able to explain the most complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
