FedEx Ship Center

I got a call from Fed Ex last night telling me that they couldn't find my address for a delivery. They left a voicemail so I called Fed Ex customer service. I tried several times to tell the person what my address is, but since English is obviously not her primary language she didn't quite understand. Yay...Let's hear it for outsourcing. So when I come here to YP.com to get a telephone number for the office where my package is, lo and behold there's no telephone number listed here. I went back to the Fed Ex website and there's no phone number there either. Is it a company secret? I finally just Googled the location and was able to get a phone number.



So at this point I'm thinking that Fed Ex and YP.com is a waste of time and space.

when they went to asking us to put our debit cards directly into their copy machines. I quit going here for copies at that point. I still use the FedEx shipping center, but only when I have to.

a FedEx center. But I quit coming here for printing jobs (after years of using this place bi-weekly). When they started requiring you to insert your debit card into a copy machine, that's when they lost me. Go to Copymax a block away if you need photocopies.
