Emergency Dental

Dr Newell was able to see me right away. I had to have a bridge done and that was unfortunately very costly. The girls in the office made mistakes on by bill but they got worked out. Did however find out that dental insurance is not all its cracked up to be. Doesn't pay for anything.

In the past year I have gone to Dr. Cawley at Emergency Dental twice for emergency work on a chipped tooth and crown. On both occasions I was able to get in right away. My crown looks better than my original tooth! Dr. Cawley and his assistant, Brooke, are awesome! I had such a great experience there, I have decided to use them for my routine check-ups as well.

I went there to have a tooth filled, that's it. They made me pay $371 up front and said that would be the full amount. Then I get the bill and it states 85 for eval, 20 for picture, 280 for filling, and another 275 for crown build!! I never even had a crown!! They said I signed a release that stated it was just an estimate. Total ripoff and I reported them to the attorney general office. They should be out of business!!

The service must have gotten a lot better because I'm writing a good review for Emergency Dental. My sister cracked her tooth and needed to get in to see a dentist ASAP. She called Emergency Dental and was told a dentist could see her immediately. My sister said the dentist did a great job repairing her damaged tooth and that the staff were very friendly and compassionate. I was grateful they did not over charge her like some places and took good care of her. I decided to write a review as a way of thanking them for helping my sister. I recommend Emergency Dental to anyone and everyone. This turned out to be a very positive experience for my sister.

Went there on a Sunday evening. Thought it was great someone could get me in. Then a Lady dentist who looked like she just crawled out of a Vodka bottle came in. Very rude, not gentle. I had a chipped tooth in the back. They tried to fill it with some stuff that came out 15 mins later. Took xrays and told me I needed a root canal. I went to my normal dentist on Monday. She laughed at the remains of what they tried to put in my tooth and said it was the same stuff you can by at walgreens. Also, didn't need a root canal at all. she put on a temp crown, then the real one a week later. this place is a scam...Called to complain, they said they would "write off" the remaining $14. balance. Today a collection company called me wanting $64. BS. Called to talk to someone and got an answering machine at 10:50 am This Place is a joke!

They were very professional and were very gentle. It was a comfortable experience and had very satisfying work completed.

Dentist put in the permanent crown. Took the time and care to make sure it fit perfectly and that the color match was excellent. Dr Svoboda is the best! Very caring and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain- great for a patient with dentist anxiety. Job well done!

Very please with the service. Other than having a small waiting time, everything was done efficiently and professionally and now I feel much better. They explained evertying in detail.Always apologize for the waiting time. The dentist walked me through the entire process.Would definatley return if needed.

I had to get a root canal. Everyone was very friendly. The doc made sure throughout the entire procedure I was doing okay. Everything was great.

Truly aweful. I would not recommend anyone use this provider. They charge you over $100 to look at a tooth for a second and tell you they can't do anything.

You will not be happy with how unprofessional they are. The google reviews are obviously written by the same person- DON'T BELIEVE THEM!!! and yes I am yelling.The ridiculous poor quality work and unprofessional staff makes this the worst absolutly the worst dental experience I have ever had. Unclean...too.I would rather knock my own tooth out with a ice skate like Tom Hanks did in the movie "Castaway", then go to this dental hell.

I did not like this place. felt like a cattle going to slaughter. someone who said she just graduated was sniffling and would put her klenex on the counter where the instruments were. she could not take an x ray and instisted she do it. finally someone with experience came in and took the xray without a problem. next the dentist came in and said i an an infection but would not answer my questions so I would not let him extract my tooth. he did give me the antibotic and pain med I needed though. i will not go back to this place again

I had a terrible toothache the day after Thanksgiving. I couldn't get in to my regular dentist (too busy) who I like very much. The staff and doctor at Emergency Dental took care of my problem and gave me the choice of returning to my regular dentist or finishing the root canal in their office. I chose to have them finish it for me. the procedure was virtually painless and the assistants put me at ease throughout (as did the doctor). I will be returning to my regular dentist because of a good long term relationship. But I would go back to Emergency Dental anytime I needed the help.
