Dr's were very friendly, patient and caring. Service is average. One particular employee is questionable. But overall, excellent and would recommend to others.

I have been a patient since they opened in Lakeside over 4 years ago. My doctor is the most caring and thorough optometrist I have ever been to and as a result I will never change doctors. The staff has always been extremely helpful with myself and all of my family members. They have a great selection of frames, in all different price ranges and prior to going here I hadn't had anyone take the time to get me into contact lenses that were comfortable or that I could actually see out of. They are the best!

From the moment we walked in the door, they were rude and judgemental. They gave me incorrect information prior to the appointment and upon arrival. Went back on their word and changed the insurance coverage on the spot to what they wanted, not what was covered. Had ridiculously high prices and they were not nice one bit. I would never recommend or go back.
