Do not stay at this hotel! The manager is incredibly rude! They wanted to make a copy of my drivers licence, which is unnecessary & can lead to identity theft. The manager refused to make an exception & then cancelled my reservation! So, at 7:30 in the evening, after a nine hour drive, I was forced to find a different hotel. Fortunately, the Comfort Suites on Bedford Avenue in Omaha had openings. Much nicer hotel, much nicer people (although the young desk clerk at this hotel was quite nice). I visit Omaha about 8 times per year on business, & will never book the Comfort Inn on J Street again. I will also be calling Choice Hotels & lodging a complaint. And, I will be telling friends, family & business associates not to stay here. My sister was going to be in Omaha for several days this summer & was going to book the J St. Comfort Inn if I was happy with it - but they can kiss that reservation goodbye also. Look at the review - most are negative to just average. Do not trust anything that the manager here says or claims. Go to the Comfort Suites on Bedford or the Sleep in at the airport.
