Me and my husband, we went to get information about membership last Sunday. They did not give any info, especially about membership fee, as if it was a top-secret information. The person who was in charge for sales did not have time to give us a tour and tell about the facility. He got our phone numbers and never called. It was extremely disappointing. The staff was quite unwelcoming. So we are never going back.

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Day staff and management a five star rating, knowledge and helpfulness, kindness and professionalism isthere,it is what you make it for yourself as far as lifting or cardiovascular you can be the light, healthy work outer, or the massive muscle work outer, it's all available here. The night staff after ten pm can be a bit off because they're not around, maybe sleeping or outside and they tend to leave the security door propped open so they don't have to tend to it and if your a black card member getting assistance for tanning or hydromassage is impossible. Other than that it's great!! Have recommended many.

They have tons of machines! I also really live the theater room where you can work out in a dark room while watching a movie on a projection screen :). Really like this gym!
We've been members for about four years and this will probably be our last summer at Lifetime Fitness. We belong primarily for the outdoor pool, which the kids really enjoy. But the pool area is frequently filthy, with dirt and grime everywhere and trash and debris scattered on the pool deck. The restrooms are worse than the worst truck stop I've ever been to. Last weekend we attempted to use two different restrooms and both had pools of urine on the floor, unflushed feces in the toilets and toilet paper scattered all over. It was apparent they hadn't been cleaned for quite awhile, perhaps for the entire day. The lifeguards are rude and completely unconcerned with the safety of swimmers. They allow people to throw large and hard objects like footballs and hard plastic toys in the pool, despite the danger that poses to swimmers, especially babies and small children. It's simply not a safe environment for families or kids. Last weekend several of the lifeguards were openly mocking an overweight woman who was swimming there, laughing, pointing and making ridiculous gestures. It was one of the most appalling displays of rude, inhumane, and unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. And management simply doesn't care. So needless to say, my advice is to look elsewhere for a fitness club. $120 or so a month is a lot to pay for access to an unsafe and filthy club where you're poorly treated by staff and management.
Make sure to get everything in writing. I was told that if I paid the full price for an annual membership, I would only have to pay $99/year for the following years. Recently, I went to renew my membership and I was told that they would not honor the $99/year.
Some of the worst customers service I've ever seen. Mick Doyles and Fit Farm are much nicer people.
