I only needed my daughter picked up in the mornings and signed in for a week. Makela made sure she was safe and to school on time and my daughter loved her rides with her. Thanks!
My 14 year old son used this service for rides once a week from basketball practice. I have no complaints. I even called the driver and asked if they could stop at a drive through for him, they did! A trustworthy group of ladies! Thanks Jen!
I was very impressed with this party bus. It's lights and sound system are amazing. The driver was incredibly friendly and polite. I recommend this service to anyone looking to have a great time! A+
They are an absolutely HORRRRRRRIBLE business. We used them for New Year’s Eve this year. We were 18 minutes over our time and specifically ask the driver if we would be charged for that and he said no. Then we asked him if gratuity is included in anything that we paid for and he told us no. So everyone started tipping him separately giving him $20 bills etc. So far we have calculated that he was given at least $90 in cash. Which would have been a 15% tip since our bill was $600. Then we made sure that we cleaned everything off the bus and no one got sick on it. All of the sudden two days later the card that we used to reserve the bus was charged $250. When we reached out to the company to ask them why they were extremely rude to us. They explained to us that we went over our time and that resulted in $150 charge and that we told the bus driver that we would go get him more money to make things right and come back and we never did. That is a complete lie. They then said the remaining $100 was a tip for the bus driver because he told them we did not tip him, another COMPLETE lie. They just charge your card and not even tell you why, then when you ask they are so rude to you. You should see the unprofessional emails we have received from the business owner. We will be disputing this with our credit card company, but we do not want it to happen to anyone else, so we are getting the word out there. I would never recommend using this company to anyone. After I put this on social media, the owner took to his personal page and asked his friends to go post good reviews about him, not even specifically asking only those who have used his services. One of his friends told him I posted my experience on a lot of different sites, and he said "Well game on." He is a horrible businessman. READ his reviews on Facebook. Anyone who gives him a bad review, he is mean to.
Sad Omaha Buses have decided to further isolate those with disabilities. Just because the regular bus route has changed does not mean MOBY should also be changed. Omaha does NOT care about the poor or disabled. Shame on Omaha, jean stothert, and MAT. jean stothert, mayor, is the worst of the worst. If you are poor and disabled she doesn't care. All she cares about is herself, the selfcentered rich be-atch!!!!!
It is probably in your best interest to utilize other means of transit. In fact, if one makes the effort to complain about bus service in Omaha, Omaha Metro will tell you to do just that.Service is spotty and does little to support the aged and disabled. Service is reliable and frequent in areas of the metropolitan area where public transit is of little use, but ignores low income areas. Schedules do little to provide reliable transportation for users unable to get to work three hours early or wait for an hour or so to get home. Utilizing the system to get to appointments of any sort is an exercise in futility due to no service, or consistently late service in much of the area.However, if you are in town for a major event like the College World Series, you can easily take the bus to anywhere within reasonable walking distance of the stadium complex, even though it is faster to walk.All in all Omaha Metro is an excellent example of how public transit should not be implemented.
I just dropped my mom off there & if I didn't have to work these next couple days I would have just taken her myself I don't usually say much nor write reviews but this shows you how bad my mom was treated. We got her a ticket & yesterday we asked if she could bring her cat she was told that she could, then we get down there this morning first they tell my mom no garbage bags in a snotty way which wasn't a big deal to me then they heard her cat meowing & asked "is that a cat?" My mom said "yeah it's okay if I bring him right?" She replied "uh you can't take him on there." My mom said " I was told yesterday I could." The lady " well your gonna have to ask the driver I don't know if he is or not!" Kinda yelling at her I told my mom " well if he says no then I'll bring him down to you on my day off." The lady " yeah cause I don't care if he is your emotional support animal or not he isn't allowed on the bus so ask him and see if he lets you." So my mom and I go out to the bus to see if he would let her and the bus driver seen it was a cat he didn't care he just put him on which I really appreciated and he was getting ready to pull off and this is where I got REALLY mad the lady comes outside in front of everyone and says to the bus driver " I just want you to know I NEVER told her she could bring her cat!!!" The bus driver " it's okay I told her it was fine no big deal he is in a carrier." And after that he pulled off so I am the type of person who would never let someone disrespect my mom because she is really sweet and I know she was on that bus upset I went back in that building and I told that lady "you know you are very RUDE my mom was really nice to you and you treat her like that do you know she just got out of the hospital and all she wants is to be home I can't believe how you guys treat people and I just walked out." And I'm not mad that they told my mom that she couldn't take her cat I was mad at how she told my mom for that reason I will NEVER greyhound again. I do want to thank the bus driver though he was really nice for doing that!!
