From Business: FedEx Office in Papillion, NE provides a one-stop shop for small businesses printing and shipping expertise and reliable customer service when and where you need …
Any drivers we have had have been A-1. even went to extra effort to work out shipping/communications issues.
Their drivers seem like they couldn't pass the drug test elsewhere and their customer service is horrible. When calling to check on a shipment, we have been given 4 DIFFERENT stories as to where it is at and when we can expect it to be in.
Delivery person Howard Jones managed to hit my neighbor's tree with his truck. He then proceeded to leave. After a while he returned and picked up the large branch he clipped off of the tree and departed with it. All without stopping and explaining what happened to anyone. There were three witnesses that made me aware of the situation. Our neighborhood is full of beautiful trees that cost money to maintain. To not even acknowledge the hit and run was terrible. As the delivery was to my house, I was responsible for getting the tree looked at and fixed up by an arborist. I called SEKO/Town Delivery at 402-342-0486 and a manager named Cody Liekers got on the phone and proceeded to rudely tell me that it is tough luck that it happened. She stated:1.He picked up the branch and thats all he needed to do2. No I may not speak with the owner of the company, she will not bother him for this3. It isn't their problem that a tree was there (went on to assume it was a low-hanging branch, which it wasn't- the branch in question is as large as many small tree trunks)Cody was so rude, mean, dismissive that I couldn't believe I was the customer here. How do you speak to someone on the phone and attempt to take no responsibility for a hit and run (Doesn't matter that it was a tree- it still cost ME money to repair for my neighbor)? She turned it around and made it OUR PROBLEM that a tree was planted there and that it possibly was hanging too low!I expected accountability and an apology
I got a call from Fed Ex last night telling me that they couldn't find my address for a delivery. They left a voicemail so I called Fed Ex customer service. I tried several times to tell the person what my address is, but since English is obviously not her primary language she didn't quite understand. Yay...Let's hear it for outsourcing. So when I come here to YP.com to get a telephone number for the office where my package is, lo and behold there's no telephone number listed here. I went back to the Fed Ex website and there's no phone number there either. Is it a company secret? I finally just Googled the location and was able to get a phone number. So at this point I'm thinking that Fed Ex and YP.com is a waste of time and space.
